Create Psychological Safety to Support, Retain & Engage Working Parents Through
Covid-19

Live Strategy Session • Tuesday, July 28th • 2pm ET

SAVE ME A SEAT

How leaders like you can use data to adapt policies and benefits for caregivers through the pandemic.

  • Keep your parents from leaving: Caregivers in general & Moms in particular are at greater risk to leave the workforce. Candid feedback about Covid-era work/life reveals surprising opportunities.
  • Inform your return to work plan: Find out what people really value! And tailor support for a range of needs including your remote and onsite teams.
  • Proactively support mental wellness: Mental health care costs rise exponentially all the time but why? Understand where stress intersects with work culture & policy so you can help.
  • Reimagine benefits: Parents shared what will help their productivity and wellbeing. Close coverage gaps, shift spending to what's useful & increase utilization of current investments.
  • Evolve your culture for a distributed workforce: Get clear on what's working (and what's not) in your policies for collaboration & performance evaluation.
  • Create a safe space for difficult conversations: Without psychological safety co-creating the future of work can't happen. Understand how to do this through Covid and beyond.

About Us

The Mom's Hierarchy of Needs Allies @ Work program is helping companies use data to create inclusive cultures that retain, support and engage caregivers.

In the strategy session, we will share new research from the first wave of our pandemic study for parents. We will also host a thoughtful discussion including expert panelists about implications and opportunities for employers.

Everyone who registers for the strategy session will also receive a recording and copy of a mini-white paper with an early view of the findings. Over 800 parents have participated in the study to date and results are being continuously updated

To learn how your organization can use data to inform the employee experience or to provide live sessions for caregivers in your workforce, contact: Allies@MomsHierarchyofNeeds.com
