21% of Moms, in our national research study, cite doing 'as well as usual' or 'better than usual' at self-care this year.
Are you?
You may be wondering about they're doing right. Especially since women caring for children, and/or aging parents are at greater risk for burnout, anxiety and depression.
Not to mention, attrition, even from jobs they love.
Although there is no perfect solution to work/life integration with kids we can teach the proven interventions that work!
Participants learn wellness and work techniques we've shared with thousands of parents, leaders & caregivers in some of the most admired employers. For the first time, offered in a comprehensive, cohort-based program, exclusively for Mothers integrating caregiving with career growth .

“I founded Mom's Hierarchy of Needs, to research the 'why' behind the burnout I experienced after my second maternity leave. I've spent 20+ years navigating leadership and growth in venture-backed start-ups, midsized and Fortune 100 companies.
